What is it Time Line Therapy™?

Time Line Therapy™ was created by Dr Tad James. It is a collection of techniques that allow you to make changes at the unconscious level, in relation to how we store time. The techniques are powerful, quickly creating lasting changes to the way you feel, the way you see the world, and your resulting behaviour.
TimeLine therapy™ works with how our unconscious mind stores our memories and experiences. We all store time in a linear fashion, to help us differentiate between the past, present and future.
More significantly, we also store the meaning we have attached to our memories, including decisions made at the time (which form our beliefs) and any associated, emotional responses.
TimeLine therapy™ is used find the root cause of a negative emotion or limiting belief. Once identified, this root cause is released allowing you to let go of both limiting beliefs and the negative emotion that has subsequently been ‘stored up’.
This has a powerful influence over wellbeing and how you perceive the world, which is why releasing them is such a profound experience.
Dr Tad James published the book ‘Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality’. This book is included as part of the self study pack within our NLP Practitioner Training.
